Focus on Enforcement

The Department for Business Innovation & Skills (BIS) have announced a new initiative – Focus on Enforcement.

They are recognising that it is not only the amount of regulation that can stifle business but the way that regulation is enforced that can compound the problems. Often that enforcement can be inconsistently or inappropriately applied.

Therefore, BIS is asking for your help. They are looking for guidance on what areas should be looked at and how regulatory enforcement can be improved.
